CHARACTER
[series] Code Geass.
[full name] C.C.
[age] C.C. is thousands of years old in all actuality, but she looks to be at least eighteen.
[gender] Female.
[canon point] Post series.
[reference] Wiki 1, Wiki 2.
[personality] C.C., at a first glance, is distant, cold, and apathetic about most things surrounding her. However, after all the events she went through, what remained of a happy girl eroded away into what C.C. is today. She has seen humanity at its' highest points as well as in its' lowest points and what has contributed to her apathetic behavior is that she has been tormented and tortured by the very same people who used to love her. (Yet, that was when she wished for people to love her when she received the Geass.)

Though, this is not just who C.C. is. C.C. is, to be frank, a bitch. She can be telling someone something, and in the same breath, insult them. She's extremely flat in her responses to people she's just met or people who disinterest her with no remorse behind her words. She also tends to tease others, but it's not in the way one would think - she uses the same flat tone, and again, she insults the person. Think of a Deadpan Snarker for comparison purposes. She also is extremely sarcastic, especially with people she's close to or those she allies herself with. Though, this is her way of being affectionate, and that term is used very loosely here considering just who C.C. is.

In the case of her "loved ones", she's much less meaner than she'd be around a stranger. Yes, the sarcasm and deadpan behavior still remains, but it's in a way where she's less clear cut and warmer than she was before. However, to be considered a close one would take a considerable amount of trust to be formed between C.C. and someone else before she feels that she can confide in. This is, again, due to her past where she was persecuted for being a "witch" and what happened when her own wish backfired on her. This is why trust is such a big thing when it comes to C.C. She simply does not trust others and takes a while to warm up to someone. However, once someone manages to convince her to place her trust in, she's a loyal acquaintance to the end.

A couple of people that C.C. considers to be close to her are Lelouch and Kallen, with Lelouch being her "most important person." She took a bullet for him in their first meeting, has kissed him twice, and has also seen him at his worst. Similarly, Lelouch has gotten closer to C.C. than anyone else in her life, and she would do, without question, what she can to protect him. One of the most notable lines shared in between them was, "if you are a witch, then I'll be a warlock (or devil)." This very line demonstrates and explains the kind of relationship the two have formed in the series, which is very close and perhaps even to go so far as to say their partnership goes beyond just a partnership, and is, instead a very intimate relationship. It's with this that it simply goes without saying that C.C. definitely considers Lelouch to be one of the very few people she's comfortable confiding in.

With Kallen, it's more of a sisterly bond in between them, where C.C.'s willing to be playful in her own way by teasing or snarking at her. Before they got to know one another, Kallen was initially jealous of C.C. and C.C. didn't bother to pay much attention to her or anyone else in the Black Knights besides Lelouch. Though, when the two of them finally got over their petty differences, C.C. confided in Kallen and the bond in between them formed intoo what it's now - a strong link in between the two women. Although, the level of information that C.C's comfortable with sharing is considerably less than what she'd share with Lelouch. It's certainly possible that if they continue at it, C.C. would definitely consider sharing more about herself and what's going on in her mind more than she is right now.

This doesn't mean that C.C. is a pushover, either. She's capable of handling her own problems like a big girl and can act of her own free will. She's not afraid to lash out at someone and she won't let someone take advantage of her. She gets even and does what she can to make people aware that she is not someone you would want to trifle with, no questions asked. To go back to the trust issues, if someone was to abuse her trust, she will go into a quiet rage and execute the necessary steps in order to make them know to not do it again, which this would cause her to become even more withdrawn and cold as a result.

Finally, who C.C. was in the past - just a normal, happy, cheerful girl who was dealt a bad hand with fate being a cruel mistress - helped to mold her into the C.C. we know today, a withdrawn, cold, and cynical woman with thousands of years of experience with life, society, and the world at large. It's true that C.C. still has a rather high case of apathy about events and normal, everyday people and this is unlikely to change drastically due to the events she's been through. However, in spite of this, she's very, very slowly becoming "human" again, a term she doesn't even apply to herself anymore, again, thanks to the efforts of Lelouch and his friends.

She also has an obsession with Cheese-kun, a small plush she carries with her plenty of places. Who knows what kind of relationship the two of them have?

[orientation] In the past, C.C. has had lovers, however she comes off as someone who's not interested or concerned about romance and love. So, with this, I'd have to peg her being heterosexual, but just plainly not interested in anyone or even having the drive to pursue a relationship with anyone.

[appearance] N/A.

[wish] C.C.'s wish is to be truly happy and live life to its' fullest. She knows she's slated to live forever and with how she has gone through hundreds of years just sitting by and watching humanity grow into what they are now, she grew to be apathetic and wanted to die. Though, this was impossible once the nun she grew up with forced her to be immortal. In short, she just wants to experience life as is it, be legitimately happy and not just sit by and grow bored of life and the people in it.

[requested house] Mokuhi or Satouzuke.

[misc notes] First and foremost, C.C. is immortal. This means that, even if she is beheaded, burned at the stake, or thrown in an iron maiden, she can still come back from it and continue to live on. In addition to this, she also has the power to grant people the power of Geass if they form a contract with her. The abilities that Geass has are different from person to person, such as time manipulation, telepathic abilities, the power of absolute obedience, etc. Though, the power itself manifests as a way to affect minds.

If she's close to someone, she can affect them by showing them grotesque and disturbing images of an event that happened in the past. It's assumed that by doing this, she's toying with the memories of the person she's around. Although, it's possible that this can also happen involuntarily and can be explained as a merging of consciousness.

Even without her magical abilities, C.C. has proven to be a competent leader to the Black Knights, can pilot a Knightmare Frame, and can be a replacement if needed, like when she wore Lelouch's Zero uniform.

SAMPLES
[sample 1#]

[ What appears in the video is a green-haired woman who looks absolutely and positively bored. She's slouched over with her hands underneath her chin to support her head. She sighs and decides to flop back on the wooden floor of where she's been housed, the fansuwoth going with her. ]

Hmm. It'd be too much to ask for some pizza now, would it?

[ Obviously, being in Ukiyo, it would be. Still, C.C. still looks rather bored of this place. It's comparable to watching paint dry, and since she doesn't have her usual form of entertainment (like teasing Lelouch and Kallen, for example), Ukiyo's proving to be not as she thought it would be. ]

Ah, well. [ There's a little shrug and the fansuwoth turns off after that. ]

[sample 2#]

She remembered how she got to Ukiyo. A strange man - was it a man? C.C. wasn't sure on that. All she could remember is being in a haze after her lips locked with his and then she was left to their mercy to do whatever they wished. And now, she found herself in a kimono with her hair tied up. She hadn't let anyone but Lelouch see that, but like hell was she going to show that it actually bothered her that much. In truth, it actually did. So much so that she could smell the bullshit even now. A contract to make your deepest desires be true? How asinine was that? She knew what it was like to be sold to someone against your will, what with being a slave in the past. So, then, how was it that she was deceived so easily again? History shouldn't repeat itself again, especially when it came to slavery and needing to perform tasks in order to go home.

It'd take some time, but C.C. wanted to find out who was in charge here and give them a piece of her mind. Forcing people into tasks they didn't want put a horrible and awful taste in her mouth.

Though, she wasn't going to show outwardly that she was repulsed by this. She'd try her best to survive and work while finding out as much information as she could on this place. It wasn't just for herself, but it was for other people, too. Especially those she'd know, like Lelouch, Kallen, and anyone else from home. If they were here, they had to be in the same predicament as her, and that would mean she had to make sure that nothing too bad happened to them. Or, at least she hoped that would be true. After all, they meant a great deal to her and she wanted them to be safe.

This would require her to set foot in Ukiyo, though, wouldn't it, and stop being cooped up. She got up, pulling the screen door back and walked through the hallways. Let's see what kind of place I've been brought to, she said to herself. It was time to do business in more ways than one around here. And, hopefully, either those she knew weren't dragged to this seedy place, or if they were, they'd be safe with little, if any, harm done to them. She hoped it was more the former instead of the latter. And, rarely, she didn't bother with hope or idealistic thoughts, so in this case, she wanted to make sure that they weren't misplaced.
